Tolantongo Caves, Ixmiquilpan Mexico
We stumbled on this gem while looking for travel inspiration on instagram. This one will definitely be on our bucket list at some point in the future. Stunning canyon views, hot springs and waterfalls, what more could you ask for.
Tolantongo is a box canyon and resort located 17 kilometres from Ixmiquilpan on Route 27 in the Mezquital Valley, State of Hidalgo in Mexico.
La Digue Island, Seychelles
I had to include one of my own lol, however this is the most stunning place I have ever been. La Digue Island in the Seychelles is something from another world with huge granite boulder dropped all over the island and on the beach.
This beach in paticular is called “Anse Source d’Argent”. I would recommend anyone to go here and should be the top of everyone’s travel bucket list. Check out our reviews on the Seychelles for more information on staying in Mahe and Praslin
Kayangan Lagoon, Palawan, Philippines
Palawan is a little island that oozes with exotic wildlife, small fishing villages, and UNESCO World Heritage Sites, also hosting some of the most stunning beaches in the world. Another one high up on our travel bucket list.
Thailand is a place we were very close to going a few years ago but unfortunately is was getting into monsoon season. Stunning beaches, waterfalls, adventure activities makes it a holiday destination high up on our list… and its also very cheap when your there!
Sagrada Familia, Barcelona – Spain
Barcelona is full of history and culture making it great for a long weekend getaway. Not to mention La Sagrada Familia it is one of Gaudí’s most famous works in Barcelona it has been under construction since 1882
Capadocia looks unreal, this is something I really want to experience. You can watch the sunrise with hundreds of hot air balloons littering the sky – it looks incredible
Renaissance Resort, Aruba
Imagine having cocktails, sunbathing and then taking a dip in the beautiful caribbean sea with some flamingos! Well at the Renaissance Resort, Aruba you can do just that.
I’ve read that Switzerland is very expensive, but I would love to stay in Lauterburnnen for a few days and tour around Switzerland. Plenty of outdoor adventure and activities for children and families
Who doesn’t want to go to Hawaii lol! This along with Bora Bora are top of my bucket list, especially Kauai where Jurassic Park was filmed – the landscape looks from another world.
Plitvice National Park, Zadar Croatia
Just a short flight to Croatia you can see some incredible waterfalls at Plitvice National Park and Krka National Park.
